Analyzing the market situation is very essential to build an effective communication strategy, thus this would occupy most of the space and will be referred frequently in the later parts of the report. After the analysis part, the second step would be the development of the objectives for the marketing communication. This will include both, the marketing goals and the objectives and would be aligned with the situation of the market already analyzed. Afterwards, we will develop the statement of strategy.
